I was born in the West Midlands and spent my formative years in the serene countryside of Worcestershire, living with my grandparents. Subsequently, I became a member of the Worcester Air Cadets and, at the age of 17, enlisted in the Royal Air Force (RAF). After dedicating 23 years of service to the RAF, I transitioned to civilian life, undertaking the role of Dive Site Manager in Egypt. In this capacity, I was responsible for recruiting and addressing the wellbeing and wellness needs of a diverse multinational workforce. I returned to the United Kingdom in 2000.

From my early days in the RAF, I discovered a deep passion for wellbeing that would shape my journey. I embraced the opportunity to lead transformative expeditions for service personnel across the globe, providing vital support to those who had faced the trials of conflict. These experiences, rich with purpose and meaning, allowed me to facilitate essential moments of respite, helping individuals to replenish their spirits and heal. Emerging from my tenure with the RAF, I leapt into the dynamic realm of recruitment and retention management, driven by a vision to transform traditional paradigms. My journey led me through a tapestry of roles across both international and national companies, each experience sharpening my acumen for innovation. It was then that I dared to embark on an audacious venture of my own, founding a cutting-edge business solution and recruitment company designed to curate and nurture a versatile workforce—a vital force in both the local and national landscape.
